This is a wonderful book with a great look at the history of Lempster. I enjoyed the creation of the characters and would love to hear the rest of the stories of each of them. My 11y/o also loved the book.
The plot of this book is very well thought out and intricately placed on paper. The characters each have their own role and it makes the story very enjoyable to read. I reccomend this book to anyone that lives in Lempster as well as anyone that wants a quick read with a good plot.
This is not just for Lempster locals as other reviewers have noted. What a surprising great story with many twists and turns. You need to read to the satisfying end. I highly recommend this book.

A sequel would be wonderful to follow the characters further in their lives!
What a good read, nicely written, intriguing mystery,colorful characters, although fiction;accurate for the names, period of time and terrain of that area of NH. Highly recommend! Good work for a first time author!
