The third book in The Next Phase series starts out a little slow. This makes sense, as the author needs to recap the events that happened in books one and two. Then, of course, stuff goes sideways. Rafian VCA goes missing and the lizards are bent on wiping out the Phasers.There wasn’t as much interaction between Rafian and Marian. This was necessary for the plot, but I missed them together cutting through lizards like nobody’s business.
Over all, Supreme Leader of Anstractor is a satisfying end to the trilogy, and it leaves the author the option to write more in the same universe. This is easily four stars.

This was a really good outing from Greg Dragon. His writing is tight. Provides sufficient detail without getting long-winded. The pace of this book is really fast, especially in the beginning. I read a fifth of it before I could step away!
